Some of the things I appreciated most about Clay, other than his hard work ethic, was that he was very patient, instructive, and understanding with us. He gave excellent pointers on what was best to prepare our house for the market, kept us up to date with what was happening, and explained the process very well. (We are first time home sellers, so his efforts really took a lot of possible stress away.)
